Amra is from Bosnia and Herzegovina. She’s a Personal Trainer, Group Pilates and Private Pilates Instructor. Her skills specialize in creating and devising personalised ‘program’ for her clients to achieve maximum results for weight loss, muscular gain, and rehabilitation. Furthermore, she provides group and personal training, which touches on nutrition support while keeping track of her client’s progress on a timely manner. She took 80 hours Pilates Course, 85 hours Pre-natal Yoga Teacher Course, 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course, TRX Qualified (Suspension Training) and in 2018 finished Intense Reformer STOTT course. Amra focuses on clients’ mobility, flexibility and how to properly engage their core. Targets posture improvement and correcting it, teaching the body how to work ‘smart’.
