Paula has been in the wellness industry for the last 15 plus years. Always active as a child, this has continued throughout her life. A former Nurse and Midwife she turned her passion for fitness into her career. She began her fitness journey teaching Les Mills Group Fitness classes and then started to include more mind and body aspects of health. Paula trained in Stott Mat Pilates and Balanced Body Reformer giving her a wide and varied approach to teaching Pilates. In 2017 she became a certified 200-hour YTC Yoga instructor. This has completely changed her life. From the purely physical side of training and health her interest is now in the complete well-being of the person; physically, emotionally and spiritually. For her wellness means being in complete balance and harmony.
