Raven is an RYT200 yoga instructor who teaches Swing, Hatha, Yin and Restorative. Raven is passionate about health and wellbeing, has a background in biomedical physiology and kinesiology, which she uses to create classes that maximize healing postures, combining anatomy and physiology with yogic philosophy. She loves that yoga nurtures both physical and mental development, and strives to cultivate an environment of gratitude, self-love, respect, and ultimately joy in her classes.
